J. Roger Palomino PhD from the University of Illinois, is the president of REGORESOURCES, LLC.
Broad experience in Petroleum Geology from Well Log Analysis (Petrophysics) to Hydrocarbon Reserves (Economics) estimation. Specialized in Sedimentation and Stratigraphy. Participated in numerous Integrated Multidisciplinary Projects. Presented seminars on Applied Sedimentation for Exploration and Reservoir Characterization projects. Experience rooted in several years of field work preparing Sedimentary Models from outcrop information complemented with conventional core data and wireline curve analysis. Using wireline data has developed a methodology to identify detailed sedimentary facies and interpret sedimentary processes that influenced reservoir continuity.
Dr. Palomino has participated in projects in about 25 different basins in 15 countries. Several of those projects required some field work and the creation of sedimentary models.
